First Phase Studio — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This policy applies to subscriptions for First Phase Studio.
Cancellation
Studio subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
After that date:
your subscription will not renew;
you will not be charged for another subscription period; and
your paid Studio access will end unless you purchase or receive another applicable subscription.
Cancellation does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for the unused portion of an existing billing period.
Subscriptions purchased through Paddle can be managed and cancelled through Paddle's buyer portal. Paddle's current Buyer Terms state that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may nevertheless be available where:
required by applicable consumer law;
mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights apply;
Studio is faulty, materially not as described or otherwise subject to a legally required remedy; or
Paddle determines that a refund is appropriate under its applicable refund arrangements.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Paddle's current global Refund Policy similarly provides that transactions are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise, while preserving mandatory consumer protections.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Customers in some jurisdictions have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded by this policy.
For example, Paddle's current Buyer Terms provide qualifying consumers in the EU/EEA and UK with a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the applicable rules for digital products where use or access begins during that period.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any such mandatory rights.
Requesting a Refund
For purchases processed through Paddle, refund requests should be submitted through Paddle's buyer support service.
Paddle handles refunds for transactions for which it acts as the seller/Merchant of Record. Paddle's seller agreement also requires supplier-approved refunds to be processed through Paddle rather than paid directly to the buyer.
