This Privacy Policy explains how First Phase Football (“First Phase”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in connection with First Phase Studio.
This policy applies to the firstphasestudio.com website and First Phase Studio software.

Subscription information, including your subscription status, selected product or plan, transaction status and identifiers associated with your Paddle customer, transaction or subscription.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details when payment is processed by Paddle.
Studio content, including projects, sessions, tactical materials, notes, presentations and other content you create or upload through Studio.
Technical information, which may include browser or device information, IP address, timestamps, authentication and security logs, error information and information necessary to operate and improve Studio.
Communications, including information you provide when contacting us for assistance or support.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
create and maintain Studio accounts;
authenticate users;
provide access to Studio;
determine subscription and entitlement status;
store and display user-created content;
provide customer support;
send account and service communications;
maintain security and prevent misuse;
diagnose technical problems;
operate and improve Studio;

3. Payments and Paddle
Online payments for Studio are processed by Paddle.
Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its services.
Paddle independently processes information required to complete transactions, process payments, calculate and collect applicable taxes, issue invoices and receipts, manage subscriptions and provide transaction-related support.
We may receive transaction and subscription information from Paddle where necessary to provide, maintain or remove access to Studio.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number through this process.
Paddle independently provides buyers with information about its processing of personal information as part of its services.
4. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers where necessary to operate Studio, including providers of:
website and application hosting;
databases;
authentication;
email delivery;
software infrastructure;
error monitoring;
analytics;
payment and subscription processing; and
customer support.
These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable privacy terms.
